Coverlay Producing, Inc. originated in Denver, Colorado in 1982 and incorporated as Import Car Goods, Ltd., a Colorado Company. Our initial function, at the time of incorporation, was to import aftermarket car entire body parts from Taiwan and Italy and offer them to entire body stores within the De
